Wake Up With Zumba

This fun, energizing 45-minute exercise class will get your morning off to a good start. This dance class, designed for seniors age 55+, is inspired by Latin dance. Zumba is a fitness exercise that focuses on interval cardio training in the guise of Latin style beats and dance moves. The exercises promote fat burning, calorie burning, and muscle toning. Shed pounds while having fun doing these easy-to-follow aerobic exercises to some really fun music. Taught by Inger Hogan, this class will get your morning started right. Fitness level is "Moderate". You may also be interested in the FREE Wake Up With Zumba demos on September 23 and September 26, 2014. Please check with your doctor before adding any new exercise class to your regimen. Wear comfortable clothes, supportive shoes that fasten securely to your feet and get ready to move! If you are not sure about registering for this class you may register for the free Wake Up With Zumba DEMO class on 9/23/14 or 9/26/14, and then decide if they want to join this regular class.
