This three-hour, four-session class is geared toward Spanish speaking parents, This class is a lecture and discussion format. Topics covered include: signs of labor, process of labor, medical interventions, medications and pain relief for labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, and breastfeeding. Participant may bring one additional support person to class at no additional charge.
